Great skiing, perfect location, and friendly waiters. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the ski slope, which was so convenient. Public transport is also very close by. The breakfast spread was amazing - especially the fresh fruits and the croissants. Overall a decent hotel.
You could hear everything happening outside your room, making it very noisy. The rooms also appeared quite dated and in need of some refurbishment.

Staff helpfulness and friendliness was great. Room size comfortable, better than many European hotels I have been in. Breakfast very good. Liked the bar after skiing.
There is a night club under the hotel. On weekend nights, some rooms get a lot of noise, not from the club itself but from people outside the club on the street waiting to get in, or taking breaks. Kept us up part of the night.

Our group of friends visited a hotel in the heart of a ski resort town. We enjoyed being on the gondola up the mountain and having easy access to shopping. the location was great, close to everything. the room was comfortable and clean, with a good view over the city. Breakfast was satisfying and the staff was polite.
There was an unpleasant smell near the back entrance of the hotel.

The hotel has excellent dinner and breakfast.
The staff had put us into a very dark room facing the parking lot on the bottom floor. It was not a pleasant experience as we paid $500 per night. They moved us into a much nicer room the next day after much complaints from us. The staff can have better attitudes.

This hotel blends tradition with modernity, as well in terms of design as in terms of service. It's a very central spot in poshy Davos, without being poshy itself. A perfect place for all seasons.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. We could easily walk to various restaurants and attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar and a lovely terrace. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The Chef de service was excellent. Shame there weren't more like him, or for that matter so little local staff...not familiar with local specifics and way of life.
The reception staff was not well trained. The local guest card which allows the free use (or reductions) of the place (here Davos) was not given to us, and also other information was only given to us on our explicit request. Better not to ask for a boiled egg at breakfast - seems to much of a challenge for the kitchen.

The staff were very friendly and looked after evrything very well, attention to all your needs are well catered for.Food and drink were reasonably priced and good value.its proximity to all amenities make this hotel a very good choice for anything in the Davos Plazt area.
My only complaint would be the internet access not being accessible in the rooms for free, paying top rate for hotel and not having free wifi in rooms is not acceptable in the current environment.

Great service and clean rooms. the hotel has a beautiful Alpine architecture, and the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. the breakfast is tasty and varied. the location is perfect for winter sports and the spa and pool areas are top-notch.
The hotel charges for everything, which can make the stay more expensive than expected. the internet connection isn't reliable, and the shower pressure needed improvement.
